I will not be making my deadline of December 31, 2013, but as of today, there are 20 drawings remaining to be completed. So happy you were able to recognize today’s drawing!

I wrote you a note and addressed it from my memory. Alas, it was returned to me! It said that I went to the symphony and heard that you will be honored at an event in May. Wow! Made me feel proud to be the friend of such a great lady, and I just wrote to say congratulations!

I have enjoyed looking at your recent drawings and have appreciated all of your comments/frustrations without the payback of telling you how much I admire your relentless work ethic. It is time for me to cheer you on! You are doing such a great job and with Christmas coming faster and faster and all your other activities, I don’t know how you are keeping on schedule. I love today’s post. It is very familiar and you have made it look so inviting. If it were not snowy up there, I would drive up, walk onto the porch, open the umbrella and invite you to join me for a cup of tea.
